Refresh Spread Method Source Values Article
The Simple Spread Methods provides the option to spread a budget over months in the budget year using as the spread basis Actual data from Great Plains Accounting (ERP) software. Should the selected Actual spread year remain open for posting, when transactions are posted the spread basis will change.
This functionality provides the ability to update the budget spread to reflect the most recent basis from posted actual data.
1) Highlight the Spread Method cell you wish to recalculate;
2) "Right-Click" to display the menu option and select "Refresh spread method source values.."
When the Refresh is successful the following message appears. Click "OK" to clear the screen.
