Using Right and Left Pointing Arrows to Select/Deselect Article

When a screen presents the following format, users are required to select or deselect report criteria depending on their needs.



To select all Available data click on the

 button.  And to deselect all Selected data click on the

 button.


To select specific Available data:

1) Highlight the required item/s; and

2) Click on the right pointing single arrow button.


In the below example, 2008 Actual and 2009 Actual will be selected.



To deselect Selected data:

3) Highlight the required item/s; and

4) Click on the leftward single arrow button.


In the below example, 2008 Actual will be deselected.
