The INSERT Permission was Denied on the Object 'GL00201', Database Article

This error indicates that the SQL login used for the program (typically dynbud) does not have access rights in GP to export the budgets.

Please have IT run Grant Select, Insert, Update, Delete, References on GL00201 to [dynbud]
