The following setting in Manage Company Databases  determines whether revenue Account Numbers will display as negative or as positive values.

To change the display from negative to positive values:

1) Click the Positive Values radio button and then click "Save Definitions";
2) Run the necessary SQL script to update the database: please see Converting from Negative to Positive Revenue Format ; and
3) Check the "Native Total" box for all Define Row Formats .
