Attachments Article
Attachments can be added to specified screens.
Please be sure that the file you want to attach is not open on your desktop -open files cannot be attached.
In the below example, we are adding an attachment to the Basic Budget Entry/Account Details screen for Account Number 000-4111-02.
1) Click on the Attachment button. This will display the "Budget Account Attachments" screen;
2) Browse for the file you would like to attach; and
3) Upload the file. Please note how the file name and other details are displayed once the upload has occurred.
4) To delete an attachment click the "Delete" button and confirm message will appear;
5) Click "Yes" to confirm that the attachment should be deleted.
Permission as to which users can delete attachments are set on the App Config/Menu Editor.
